How often do I have to replace it?

We recommend that you replace your pad every 2 weeks to ensure maximum sterility on your base.

What's the easiest way to remove my E-Charge Guard pad?

Hydrocolloid is a very malleable material which is hydrophilic, so the longer the pad is on, the more viscous it will become. If you have any trouble removing it, try using a hairdryer to loosen the adhesive before peeling off the pad.

How do I apply the pad?

For application, unwrap the packaging, un-peel the shiny sided backer, and gently apply to the stand. We suggest starting the application on one side and letting the adhesive do the work.

What is your return policy?

We offer a full refund for orders where the packaging and product are unopened, in case you ordered the wrong size. We do not offer refunds for used products.
